Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, community boards, referrals, and grassroots recruiting
Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
Screen and qualify candidates for client assignments
Support placement into light-industrial roles and some direct-hire positions
Follow up with candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
Maintain communication with clients regarding open job orders and candidate progress
Help ensure job orders are filled quickly and accurately
Track daily activity and meet weekly/monthly recruiting goals
Update and maintain records in ATS/CRM systems
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and assignment start-ups
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Tech-savvy and willing to learn ATS platforms and job boards
Customer-service mindset and professional demeanor
Preferred
1+ year staffing or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
Interest in light-industrial or warehouse/manufacturing recruiting
