Contacting existing customers to understand their current experience with our software solutions and services
Contact prospective customers to engage them in a software solution that would benefit their organization
Assist other company departments as possible
Learn about the industry, software, and sales process
Prepare for other potential roles within the SoftPro organization
Qualification
Required
Willingness to contact current and prospective customers and capture information needed on the respective client type
Able to build and maintain relationships and have a strong close ratio
Excellent Computer Skills

Preferred
2+ years' experience in the real estate closing/title or escrow industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
