We are seeking a full-time Installation Technician to join our team for on-site roles throughout the Kansas City area, responsible for the installation and support of audio-visual and communication systems across various environments.

Responsibilities
Install audio-visual and communication systems in accordance with project designs and standards
Perform structured cabling installation and cable terminations (copper and low-voltage)
Install and mount A/V equipment, including displays, speakers, cameras, and peripherals
Assemble and wire equipment racks
Perform general equipment setup and assist with system checkout and testing
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites
Follow safety standards and company installation best practices
Qualification
Required
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and provide a high-quality service experience
Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally
Basic knowledge of audio-visual systems, networked communication devices, and related technologies
Ability to work independently on-site and adapt to varied technical challenges
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in electronics or AV systems is an advantage
The ability to work and pass screenings to work in highly secured facility's recommended
Preferred
Prior experience in installation or field services is a plus
Former or current military highly encouraged
