Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new RCM applications to achieve business objectives and improve the patient’s experience
Develop and maintain training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the billing team regarding new software utilization
Lead the onboarding and integration of new clinics into the centralized billing team
Support training of front desk staff in new clinics to ensure smooth transition to the centralized billing team
Drive process improvement by identifying gaps in the revenue cycle and leveraging technology to automate billing tasks and improve collection rates
Manage relationships with RCM software vendors to drive product enhancements and resolve high-level technical issues
Provide high-level oversight of RCM workflows and report findings to RCM leadership
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare IT Project Management
Extensive knowledge of modern billing platforms and best practice configuration
Strong understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding, clearinghouse operations, and patient payment behaviors
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, such as new clinic integrations, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to travel up to 20% to support new clinic go-lives
