Responsibilities

Manages the development, implementation, and improvement of IT products and serves
Partners across University departments to provide tangible, repeatable, and long-term benefits
Communicates complex technical information in an easy to understand way, leveraging deep technical expertise when necessary
Leads initiatives focused on continuous process improvement and innovation. Facilitates and supports change across the university
Shares techniques, best practices, and tools to help team members delivery projects, products, and services
Evaluates new technologies, upgrades, and improvements to ensure alignment with department requirements and University strategical goals
Other duties as assigned

Required

Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and techniques
Knowledge of budget control methods, policies, and procedures
Skill in learning, adapting, improving, and driving innovation and efficiency
Skill in identifying, evaluating, recommending, and implementing solutions to resolve complex issues and problems
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
Bachelor's degree in related field
5 years of relevant experience
Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
