Responsibilities

Responsible for extracting insights and building predictive models from data
Analyzes curated data, builds ML models, and validates them with experiments
Researches and defines business problems and translates them into analytical or ML tasks
Conducts exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies
In charge of designing, training, and evaluating statistical, ML, or AI models
Works with SMEs to determine use cases, model requirements, and alternative solutions
Defines requirements and specifications from which Data Specialists build data structures
Works closely with Data Engineers and customers to ensure correct implementation

Required

Bachelor's in Mathematics, OR, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
Minimum 7+ years designing and implementing mathematical and statistical models
Strong experience with Python/R, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Jupyter, visualization, A/B testing
SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or Hive)
Ability to work independently and under deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred

Oracle DB and Hadoop experience preferred
