InternMarvin is a family-owned and -led company that specializes in producing custom fiberglass components for premium windows and doors. They are hiring a Process Engineer Intern to support new product development and enhance manufacturing processes while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Quality, and Tool and Die teams to aid in new product development, including trials and quality testing
Assist in evaluating manufacturing processes, eliminating gaps, and developing SOPs for production
Provide operational and technical support for production lines
Recommend processing changes to improve production performance
Contribute to the development of process documentation, evaluation, and flow mapping, including statistical process capability analysis
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Creo Parametric
Understanding of geometrical and dimensional tolerancing (GD&T) and ability to read prints
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Junior or Senior status working toward a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
