Responsibilities
Support contract review by examining standard, sample-type contracts and providing feedback to related business organizations
Assist in organizing feedback for simple, repetitive legal inquiries and provide support to related business organizations
Support responses to major disputes and government investigations
Identify and analyze regulatory trends (legislation and precedent) related to the company's business areas such as labor, environment, HR, and fair trade
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and research skills
Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program, pursuing a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree, and will be in their final year of study or be a recent grad
Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country where the internship is offered and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
This is a 10-week program, and candidates must be available for the entire internship period, including SOE, Day of Service, etc
Specific skills or coursework relevant to the field may be required

Preferred
Experience in legal research or internships in legal affairs
Knowledge of compliance operations and intellectual property management
Proficiency in document preparation and negotiation skills
