Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of assets
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure proper tagging and metadata for all assets
Develop and enforce best practices for asset organization and usage
Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and copyright regulations
Provide training and support to team members on the use of the DAM system
Regularly audit the DAM system to ensure data integrity and security
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in digital asset management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of DAM systems and metadata standards
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
