Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, operations, and industry
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Produce clear, well-organized workpapers and supporting documentation
Advise clients on transactional matters and day-to-day accounting questions
Assist with onboarding new clients, including systems setup and process alignment
Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making
Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plans
Train clients and internal staff on shared accounting and reporting tools
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, coordinating with assigned teams
Build long-term, value-added relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
Participate in special projects and firm initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA license required
5–7+ years of experience in public accounting or a client-facing accounting/advisory role
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
Experience managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
