Client Operations Associate (contract)

The Client Operations Associate role involves providing operational and reconciliation support across post-trade activities, interacting with various internal departments, and gaining exposure to back-office operations.

Responsibilities
Perform operational tasks related to customer statements, including data entry, setting up logos, inserts, and delivery methods
Manage dashboards, support reconciliation efforts, oversee e-delivery setup, and ensure print and delivery configurations are accurate
Provide quality service and support to internal clients via email and MS Teams, resolving routine issues in a timely manner under defined procedures
Reconcile statement differences, gather and compile data, interpret exceptions, and perform independent analysis and policy interpretation
Participate in job shadowing, learn policies and procedures, and actively ask questions to build understanding of workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills, including creating tables and pulling data together
Basic Outlook experience (primarily internal communication)
Experience using MS Teams
BA/BS degree required
Preferred
Word proficiency
Accounting background
Statement processing experience
Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Financial Services or Insurance industry background
Back-office operational experience
