Responsibilities

Lead initial board bring-up activities for new carrier card integrations
Possess deep expertise in power integrity analysis, systematic debug methodologies, and hardware troubleshooting at the component level
Proficiency with laboratory test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers
Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and design documentation to verify proper power sequencing, voltage rail integrity, and signal paths
Demonstrate strong measurement techniques that avoid introducing noise or loading effects
Apply rigorous problem-solving approaches to isolate and resolve hardware issues efficiently
Excellent documentation practices
Clear communication with cross-functional teams including test engineers and firmware developers
Methodical approach to hardware validation that ensures boards are properly characterized and ready for firmware integration

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Engineer (EE 3 or above)
Deep expertise in power integrity analysis

Hardware troubleshooting at the component level
Proficiency with laboratory test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers
Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and design documentation
Strong measurement techniques that avoid introducing noise or loading effects
Rigorous problem-solving approaches to isolate and resolve hardware issues efficiently
Knowledge of power supply design, clock distribution, signal integrity, thermal management, and component substitution trade-offs
Excellent documentation practices
Clear communication with cross-functional teams including test engineers and firmware developers
Methodical approach to hardware validation
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Preferred

Experience as original board designers
Ability to leverage design intent knowledge during bring-up activities
