Responsibilities
Counsel religious organizations on a variety of tax, corporate, transactional, employment, and other strategic matters
Mentor law students
Perform all aspects of legal representation for nonprofit clients
Research and identify potential new matters for the Clinic
Provide guidance and feedback to law students on their clinical work
Qualification
Required
Law degree (J.D.)
Law license
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, diligence, and initiative
Supportive of mission of Religious Liberty Clinic, Law School, and University
Preferred
1-3 years legal experience preferred
Experience working on corporate, tax, and other transactional legal matters preferred
