Qualification
Required
8+ Years of experience in Frontend: Angular (v14+), responsive & mobile-first UI, Material Design, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery nice to have), Postgre SQL
8+ Years of experience in Backend: Java, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, design patterns & SOLID principles
8+ Years of experience in GIS / Esri: ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS Enterprise Server & ArcGIS Online (Admin), ArcPro/ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps, Geocoding & geoprocessing services, ArcSDE, multi-user versioning (state tree/branch), Linear referencing systems, Esri Roads & Highways, Oracle Locator/Spatial
8+ Years of experience in Data & Reporting: Power BI dashboards, PostGIS, PostgreSQL (or equivalent DB)
8+ Years of experience in Cloud & DevOps: Azure AKS, Azure API Management, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Docker
8+ Years of experience in Testing: JUnit (Jasmine & Karma preferred)
8+ Years of experience in Tools: ArcGIS Online (AGOL), WebEOC ArcGIS Extension, VS Code/Eclipse, Git/Azure Repos
Accessibility (Required): WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, ADA compliance, WAI-ARIA guidelines & accessible UI development, Experience delivering accessibility-compliant digital products
