Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data warehousing, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role
Deep hands-on experience with Oracle databases (e.g., Oracle 12c/19c) and Oracle data warehouse architectures
Strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise
Proven experience designing and managing large-scale data warehouses
Experience in healthcare or health insurance environments, including claims and enrollment data
Demonstrated people management and stakeholder management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Exadata, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or similar ETL tools
Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle solutions (e.g., OCI) or hybrid data architectures
Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory reporting (CMS, HEDIS, risk adjustment)
Experience supporting BI tools (e.g., OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of data security, auditing, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
