The Senior Manager, Partnerships & Vendor Relations will drive media growth by managing external sales partnerships and ensuring effective campaign execution to support revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Drive incremental media revenue by managing and optimizing Westfield Rise’s external sales partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day sales discussions, operations, training, and performance management
Define, track, and report on partnership KPIs through dashboards and insights, ensuring revenue targets, margin goals, and service standards are achieved
Collaborate with sales partners to identify revenue opportunities, support on client consultations, and align on inventory, creative requirements, and campaign deliverables
Manage contract process with sales partners and clients, ensuring all agreements are accurately executed and properly closed out in contract management system
Lead creative reviews and approval for partner-sold client campaigns, ensuring brand compliance and contextual relevance
Oversee campaign delivery and optimization for partner-sold campaigns, including digital, static, and experiential executions to ensure seamless campaign delivery, and drive client satisfaction and repeat business
Provide partners and clients with data-driven campaign insights, proof of play, and comprehensive wrap reports that demonstrate ROI to drive renewals
Represent sales partners in internal meetings, providing updates on partnership activities, vendor performance, and revenue forecasts
Manage all digital and static inventory across Westfield Rise to maximize utilization, proactively resolve conflicts, and report issues; for digital networks: maintain playlists to ensure content is diverse, up-to-date, and robust
Manage operational vendors (campaign scheduling, print/install, measurement, technical), including cost controls, performance evaluation, and annual feedback
Coordinate with local municipal officials on billboard clearances and approvals on behalf of Westfield Rise, as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years' experience in media operations, partnerships, or vendor management; retail, out-of-home, or experiential media experience strongly preferred
Strong partnership management skills with ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record in campaign management, inventory oversight, and delivering data-driven optimizations
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical skills; able to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with confidence in client-facing and partner-facing interactions
Proficiency with CRM, media scheduling, and reporting platforms; Salesforce experience preferred
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven with the ability to anticipate challenges and independently implement improvements
