Payroll Manager
Transdev is a leader in mobility solutions, and they are seeking a Payroll Manager to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations. The role involves recruiting and training staff, preparing reports, managing payroll files, and addressing employee inquiries while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Reviews employee time records for accurate reporting and schedule compliance
Processes adjustments, bonuses, and other payments as needed
Prepares necessary reports for management and compliance purposes
Ensures that all benefits, tax and other required deductions are properly implemented and processed
Manages the employee and payroll files
Manages the year end statement process, including revisions
Responds to employee and manager inquiries as required
Recruits, selects, develops, manages, motivates, coaches, and mentors assigned employees; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments considering employee skills and development needs
Maintains confidentiality of all information
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED - Bachelor's degree preferred

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Benefits
