The Software Test Engineer will analyze, design, and test software products for Millennium Space Systems, focusing on developing test plans, writing test cases, and managing test results to ensure software functionality and quality.

Responsibilities

Develop test plans and write test cases

Write and run test scripts

Debug software and tests, both on real hardware and in an emulated environment

Analyze test results to verify its functionality and recommend corrective action upon findings of anomalies

Manage the GitLab CI to automatically run the tests

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of software testing experience

Experience in writing test documents (test plans/procedures, SQA plans)

Experience writing automated tests

Experience with Python, C and or C++

Experience with git and GitLab

Experience with continuous integration

Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills

Experience in designing functional and non-functional test cases that verify requirements and validate functionality

Experienced in test result evaluation, reporting and metrics

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. 'US Person' includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
