This role supports daily plant operations and provides executive-level administrative support at the Wichita Falls facility.

Responsibilities

Manage office and administration supplies, vendor interactions, and general resource needs for the facility
Assist with HR- related tasks as assigned
Support daily plant operations by preparing reports, tracking action items, and assisting with workflow coordination across departments
Provide high-level administrative support to plant leadership, to include booking travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, and preparing for meetings
Responsible for some event planning and preparation
Assisting with entering purchase requisitions into Ariba
Distribute incoming mail
Order food for meetings and help with set-up

Required

Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in HR support functions preferred
