Senior Level, Lead/StaffFidelity Investments is looking for Principal BPM Developers that can work across multiple Fidelity business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. This position is a hands-on technical leadership role that will utilize software design and engineering skills to architect and build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our business partners.

Responsibilities
Facilitating process design sessions, analyze business processes and document current and future state
Translating business requirements into solutions that meet the customer need and internal quality and security standards
Architecting and developing robust and maintainable BPM implementations
Driving excellence in software development practices and procedures
Providing a strong voice in analysis and design meetings
Establishing trusted relationships within the team and our business partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST API, HTML
Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
CICD Pipeline tools and best practices
Knowledge of data visualization, reporting and dashboarding tools
AWS or other Cloud service providers
Business process improvement or re-engineering
Liaising with business and technical teams
Technical leadership and mentoring team members
Preferred
Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
