Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud architecture solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of M365 Admin and Prompt Engineering into existing systems
Oversee the lifecycle management of cloud services ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Provide technical expertise in M365 Copilot to streamline workflows and improve productivity
Develop strategies for effective change lifecycle management minimizing disruptions and maximizing benefits
Monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure security scalability and compliance with industry standards
Lead efforts to optimize cloud resources reducing costs while maintaining high service levels
Conduct regular assessments of cloud systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and use of cloud technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure that cloud solutions are designed to meet the evolving needs of the business and its customers
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues ensuring quick resolution
Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in M365 Admin showcasing the ability to manage and optimize cloud environments effectively
Exhibit expertise in M365 Prompt Engineering ensuring seamless integration and enhanced productivity
Possess strong skills in Change Lifecycle Management with a focus on minimizing disruptions and maximizing benefits
Have experience with M365 Copilot demonstrating the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Show a deep understanding of cloud security scalability and compliance standards
Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues swiftly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technology trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
