Maintain, adjust, and perform technical service on Lonati SbyS development machines to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex knitting issues, fine-tuning programs to maximize machine uptime, efficiency, and product quality
Develop and optimize machine programs to support new product development and innovation
Collaborate cross-functionally to support a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and open communication within development teams
Qualification
Required
Advanced experience operating and programming Lonati SbyS sock knitting machines
Strong technical understanding of yarn behavior, needle selection, and knit structures
Proven problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
