Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex mass tort cases
Conduct depositions, hearings, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence
Manage client communications and ensure compliance with Case Management Orders (CMOs)
Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and experts to develop and execute case strategies
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
2-5 years of litigation experience, including proven work in mass tort cases
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a heavy caseload with precision and efficiency
Team-oriented with excellent organizational and client-relations skills
