Associate Brand Manager, International
AllSTEM Connections is seeking an Associate Brand Manager, International to work remotely in the USA. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to execute brand strategies and deliver the product roadmap, focusing on innovation planning, project management, and product commercialization.
Responsibilities
Drive the new product development process from ideation through launch, including coordination of launch logistics and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all product communications
Manage new product setup, system inputs, and image development to support successful launches
Ensure on-time completion of Brand Management deliverables for product stage gates and launch readiness
Maintain and update core brand documentation, including Master Product Overviews and International SKU trackers
Collaborate cross-functionally to update Product Requirement Documents and track revisions through the stage-gate process
Support approval and maintenance of key product claims in partnership with Legal
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and regional sales teams to support launch readiness, including sales samples and inventory availability
Oversee internal creative teams and external partners to deliver high-quality packaging and creative assets across Retail and Foodservice channels in European and APAC markets
Manage artwork development and translation workflows, including coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure label accuracy and consumer language alignment
Develop Foodservice packaging creative assets to support timely product launches
Support Brand Managers in the development and review of Retail packaging
Maintain key product review documentation, including DVF (Design, Viability, Feasibility) materials
Apply brand management best practices to drive process optimization and improve decision-making efficiency
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials tailored to local market needs
Create and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, product communication sheets, spec sheets, and presentation materials
Develop and manage comprehensive product portfolio summaries for Retail and Foodservice channels
Oversee new product system inputs, including GTIN setup and MOC (Management of Change) initiations
Lead budget tracking activities including PO creation, spend monitoring, vendor payments, and monthly budget roll-ups
Coordinate development of annual, region-specific, bottoms-up brand management budgets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; focus in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize complex information and deliver compelling recommendations
Strategic thinker with a passion for developing innovative, consumer-centric solutions
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Collaborative, positive, and proactive team contributor committed to program success
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in Innovation, Marketing, or Strategy within a consumer brand is a plus, but not required
