Responsibilities

Knowledge/understanding of SC Sales/Use tax filing requirements
Experience with cash to ledger reconciliation process
Oversee accounts payable processes specifically vendor additions, Form W9 requirements, 1099 reporting requirements, etc
General ledger accounting
Perform accounting procedures to include journal entry debits/credits, balancing, etc
Oversee non-cash fringe benefit W2 reporting for employees

Qualification

General accounting experienceExcel skillsSC Sales/Use tax knowledgeCash to ledger reconciliationCommunication skills

Required

3+ years of general accounting experience
strong Excel skills
excellent attention to detail
Knowledge/understanding of SC Sales/Use tax filing requirements
Experience with cash to ledger reconciliation process

General ledger accounting

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
