Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n)

Own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement

Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insight

Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance

Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams

Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally

Required

2–5 years' experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration

Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and databases

Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar

Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset

Excellent communicator in ability to make complex ideas clear and simple
