Senior Account Manager
h2 Recruit is a fast-growing, investment-backed pharma technology company operating at the intersection of SaaS, data, consulting and pricing & market access intelligence. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of US-based clients and drive meaningful revenue expansion across existing relationships.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of enterprise pharma accounts and unlock significant growth within a complex, high-value client base
Drive meaningful revenue expansion across existing relationships
Build deep, multi-threaded relationships with sophisticated pharmaceutical customers across pricing, market access, HEOR, and commercial strategy teams
Identify white space and expand usage across drugs, platforms, and functions
Measure success through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year expansion
Qualification
Required
Experience selling SaaS, data, or consulting solutions into pharma or biotech
Proven track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts
Experience navigating senior stakeholders
Experience leading commercial negotiations
Experience within pricing, market access, HEOR, or adjacent life sciences domains
Exposure to scale-up or PE-backed environments
Intellectually curious, credible, and relationship-led
Comfortable owning outcomes and operating with autonomy
Preferred
Candidates based on the US East Coast
Alignment to longer-term plans to establish a hub in Boston or New Jersey
