Responsibilities
Welcome guests to the property and provide exceptional service by anticipating needs and resolving complaints
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including early and late arrivals and walk-ins
Enhance guest experiences by offering upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure accuracy in charges and credits
Control and issue room keys while maintaining guest security, privacy, and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
1+ years of face-to-face guest service experience
Willing and able to work a Full-time schedule consisting of 3:00pm-11:45pm with Tues-Wed off, this includes working weekends and holidays
Preferred
6+ Months of Prior Cash handling experience
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Face to Face Guest service experience
