Responsibilities
Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy risk assessments
Support the fulfillment and tracking of data subject requests
Research new and existing privacy laws and summarize key developments
Track progress of privacy compliance activities and maintain related documentation
Support organizational changes by identifying privacy requirements and assisting with privacy-by design activities
Provide general assistance with privacy and compliance initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program or a master's program in one of the following competencies: Accounting, Legal, Governance Risk and Compliance, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Finance, or Marketing
Sophomore year requirements must be completed by program start (May 2026)
Minimum of 20 hours/week availability
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Preferred
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Commitment to integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail with analytical and critical thinking skills
Quick learner who is resourceful and team oriented
