The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and executing various mediums while adhering to brand standards, collaborating with teams to produce materials and coordinating with vendors for print production.

Responsibilities
Develop innovative, professional and compelling design concepts for graphics assets and layouts
Collaborate with the Creative Studio team in producing brand assets (i.e. patterns, logo lockups)
Standard intake and completion of assigned graphics projects
Work alongside all members of the Brand, Marketing and Communications team to produce materials related to the respective team members (i.e. social media, web, sharepoint, emails, reports, campaigns, layouts, merchandise, presentations)
Coordinate with vendors for print production on assigned projects
Collaborate with other team members to construct and receive meaningful feedback
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in graphic design or related field
At least three years of professional experience in the Graphic Design or related field
Strong portfolio of prior print and digital projects
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, relevant manner
Ability to multitask with a diverse set of projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with project management tools
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Figma, digital asset management tools
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong knowledge of print production and file setup
Strong work ethic, self-starter, and attention to detail
