Responsibilities
Serve as a day-to-day contact for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals, supporting relationship managers with ongoing client needs
Assist with the full client lifecycle including outreach, onboarding coordination, product introductions, and account maintenance
Partner closely with internal teams across operations, compliance, product, technology, and business development to resolve client requests efficiently
Support relationship expansion efforts by identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and service offerings
Maintain working knowledge of broker-dealer operations, capital markets products, and fintech platforms to effectively support client conversations
Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Mandarin and English to support and communicate with Mandarin-speaking institutional clients
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
2–5 years of experience in financial services, broker-dealer, capital markets, or fintech environments
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required
Strong communication skills with a client-service mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and professional with strong follow-through
