Responsibilities
Support and execute business development efforts across government, defense, and commercial customers
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across UAV, aerospace, defense, and autonomy sectors
Identify, track, and help qualify new opportunities, programs, and strategic partners
Assist with preparation of materials for customer meetings, briefings, and partner discussions
Support proposal and capture activities, including RFP research, coordination with technical teams, and pricing inputs
Maintain pipeline tracking, customer notes, and opportunity status across internal systems
Coordinate with engineering and operations to align customer needs, market demand, and technical capabilities
Oversee sales efforts and actively develop and manage relationships across target sectors
Support strategic initiatives related to partnerships, program strategy, and long-term growth planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, market research, government contracting, or a related role
Demonstrated working knowledge of aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, or adjacent markets
Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize industry and competitive insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to government contracting, defense programs, or RFP processes
Experience supporting technical products or complex hardware systems
Familiarity with UAV platforms, aerospace systems, or defense procurement environments
