Responsibilities
You will participate in mission critical architecture design discussions and planning sessions, ensuring technical decisions which support long-term product success with stability and scalability
You will also support multi-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with peers and leads across the organization to ensure smooth delivery and unified technical direction
Qualification
Required
7+ years hands on experience in Salesforce platform with at least 3 years of end to end implementations
Hands-on experience with configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permissions, custom objects & fields, formulas, and workflow rules
Experience in running Salesforce deployments; including, but not limited to steps for metadata deployments, data migration, and user rollout
Salesforce integration experience with a variety of middleware and integration platforms
Experience in Experience Cloud or prior experience working within Agentforce
BS Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
Preferred
Experience in legal technologies (e.g. matter management/e-billing, e-discovery, contract lifecycle management, etc.) and matter centric environments is a plus
Experience with leveraging LLM's, Generative AI, and Machine Learning
Strong understanding of when to use configurations versus customizations; and the various limitations of Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with new Salesforce technology and related operational processes, including new features and product releases
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Spinnaker, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
Experience with third-party clouds such as AWS, GCP, and Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform
