Responsibilities
Develop and manage the end-to-end project plan, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget
Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and client stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations
Lead requirements gathering workshops to elicit and document business needs for the analytics platform
Author and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications
Analyze and document business logic, KPI definitions, and data semantics by reverse-engineering existing reports and BI dashboards
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business scenarios are thoroughly tested
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features for development sprints, and oversee the change management process
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in managing complex software development projects, preferably using Agile methodologies
Strong BSA skills with demonstrable experience in requirements analysis and user story creation for technical products
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) is highly desirable
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
