Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical resource for Salesforce and TA systems
Provide day to day administration, troubleshooting, and end user support
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage projects from start to finish
Support the development of the Talent Technology roadmap and coordinate cross functional initiatives
Partner with Salesforce Developers to deliver enhancements and manage complex change requests
Maintain data integrity, conduct routine audits, and support cleanup activities
Analyze opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved system performance
Document processes and best practices; ensure alignment with industry standards
Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve usability issues and support release processes
Manage digital content publishing and improve online presence for applicants
Stay current on emerging technologies and participate in professional development
Demonstrate and support organizational mission, values, and Code of Conduct
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, required
5+ years of relevant experience
