Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to deliver seamless support and resolve client and contract-related requests
Manage the contract lifecycle for Global Data Products clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Serve as a subject matter expert on market data ordering processes and client workflows
Coordinate research, administrative tasks, and small projects with competing deadlines
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years of experience in sales support, client services, or revenue operations
Proven experience supporting fast-paced, global service teams or cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
Self-organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Experience with contract lifecycle management or Salesforce
Familiarity with the market data or financial services industry
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex or ambiguous situations
