Responsibilities

Partner with internal and client teams on the evolution and optimization of their multi-billion dollar ecommerce platform, related apps and digital experiences
Help drive the execution of experience strategies for one of the most recognized digital commerce platforms in the world
Balance visionary thinking with strong product discipline, ensuring that the client’s web and app platforms continue to lead the industry in usability, personalization, and innovation
Manage and execute your own work while coordinating with a core cross-functional team
Provide both strategic and hands-on design leadership, with a comfort in AI-enhanced design processes
Pay keen attention to accessibility compliance and push the boundaries of digital ordering and brand experience
Develop a deep understanding of how product ecosystems work, from user journeys to conversion flow and retention
Utilize design systems, prototyping, and cross-platform experience design, using tools like Figma and related applications
Leverage AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate ideation and iteration
Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to create personalized and predictive user experiences
Connect design outcomes to brand, business, and performance goals
Identify animation opportunities that can enhance user experience
Engage in data-informed design, analytics, and continuous improvement through experimentation and testing
Communicate effectively and collaborate with teams, influencing stakeholders and presenting complex ideas simply
Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, creativity, and measurable results
Push digital platforms forward through design, AI, and real-world performance
Work alongside engineering teams throughout build, launch, and optimization phases to solve constraints, refine solutions, and improve outcomes
Lead usability testing, validation, and iterative refinement using real user feedback and data

Required

8 or more years of experience in product, UX, or experience design, with a focus on web and mobile applications
Proven track record leading high-traffic, high-impact digital product initiatives
Strong portfolio with clear examples of thoughtful interactions such as micro-interactions, animations, motion, and forward thinking details that elevate the overall experience
Expertise in Figma and experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they influence responsive design
Experience designing or integrating AI-driven features such as recommendation systems, chat interfaces, or adaptive experiences
Expertise in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization standards
Ability to work across disciplines with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, AI's role in design, and how digital innovation drives brand and business growth

Preferred

Prior background in QSR or food eCommerce user experiences and user journeys
