Responsibilities
The Sr. Social Media Strategist will grow social channels following and engagement for each brand
The Sr. Social Media Strategist collaborate closely with brand management, graphics, producers, and influencer managers to craft compelling organic social content for social platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligning with the overarching brand strategy
The Sr. Social Media Strategist will manage celebs/key influencers and their teams to post efficiently
Captures and creates social media content and performs basic social editing
The Sr. Social Media Strategist crafts compelling copy that aligns with the brand persona and encourages engagement
Create and manage social content calendars to support the department’s overarching Marketing and assigned Brand’s Calendar
The Sr. Social Media Strategist ensure that content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms
Use social listening tools to insert the brand into relevant trending conversations in the industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital communications, or related field required
5+ years of experience in managing social media platforms and content for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc
Managed all content strategies for both paid and organic, including Meta and IG to launch consumer product goods brands
Managed a YouTube Channel and grew it substantially for CPG company/brands
Have a strong understanding of brand voice and tone, specifically with the X platform
Demonstrated success in digital or social media strategy, translating brand marketing messages into engaging content
Experience collaborating closely with Brand Management and Digital teams to optimize content for brand awareness and engagement
Preferred
Experience with AI apps to create content is a plus
