Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate clinical contracts, including MSAs, CDAs, CTAs, investigator agreements, and vendor agreements
Lead contract negotiations with CROs, vendors, consultants, and clinical sites
Provide strategic contracting guidance to Clinical Operations, Data Management, Quality, Regulatory, and other business teams
Manage contract workflows and status updates in the contract lifecycle management system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience negotiating and managing contracts within the life sciences/biotech sector
3+ years of CTA-specific experience, including global multi-site clinical agreements
Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, clinical research operations, and data privacy frameworks
