This role involves analyzing corporate governance practices, collecting and assessing company disclosures, and contributing to research reports for institutional investors during the spring annual shareholder meeting season.

Analyze corporate governance practices of publicly listed companies
Collect and assess company disclosures and public data
Contribute to research reports and proxy voting recommendations for institutional investors
Work closely with experienced analysts on the Polish market

Preferred

Prior relevant experience in finance, research, corporate governance and Polish markets are a plus
