Responsibilities
Perform various laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating protocols
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support production
Ensure compliance with product and customer specifications
Conduct quality control procedures and maintain accurate records of analysis
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Collaborate with team members on projects
Maintain laboratory inventory and order laboratory chemicals and supplies
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Proficiency with chemical safety and good laboratory practices
Proficiency with computers, computer software and instrumentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience will be beneficial
Prior experience in a quality control laboratory setting is preferred
