Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end programs to acquire and deliver high-impact data and training environments, collaborating closely with our research, crawling, partnership, and human data teams
Drive the end-to-end creation of mission-critical training datasets for major model training runs
Own the data platform roadmap and lead the development of new features — proposing, prioritizing, and iterating on features that unlock research velocity
Qualification
Required
You've led large and ambitious technical programs that had a major impact
Are fluent in infrastructure, data, or AI/ML, and love working shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers and engineers
You have excellent communication skills - you are able to articulate problems clearly and drive decision making in the face of ambiguity
