Responsibilities
Maintain accurate project documentation (e.g., GSuite), prepare stakeholder reports, and keep project management tools (e.g., G-Sheets, Monday.com) updated
Monitor progress against milestones; track costs and schedules to ensure work remains within defined constraints
Support project managers with resource allocation, logistics, and administrative coordination for project teams
Ensure projects follow PMO procedures, templates, and governance requirements
Maintain risk and issue logs, escalate emerging risks, and track actions to closure
Coordinate information flow between team members, stakeholders, and project leadership; support meeting cadences, notes, and action tracking
Process purchase order (PO's), track approvals and status, support invoice intake and routing, and maintain documentation for audit readiness and budget reconciliation
Provide general administrative support to project teams, including meeting coordination, vendor coordination support, intake tracking, and maintaining shared trackers and distribution lists
Qualification
Required
