Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers
Schedule appointments
Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule jobs
Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
Qualification
Required
Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
