The Event Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of catered events, ensuring exceptional service and culinary quality while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Meet with client to better understand the event dynamics as well as offer insight and suggestions
Meet weekly with chef to ensure menu expectations are clear
Work with in-house Operations Department to ensure proper equipment is ordered
Meet with in-house Creative Services Manager to assist with design of event
Hands on position that is directly involved in all aspects of event including day of
Effectively controls and manages the operations of catered events that meet and surpass the expectations of our clients providing exceptional food integrated into stunning style & design elements
Includes safety issues, set up, service, breakdown, equipment accountability and product inventories
