Responsibilities
Support routine laboratory testing and sample preparation activities in accordance with approved procedures
Accurately document laboratory work, sample information, and results in logs, reports, and digital systems
Assist with sample handling, storage, and disposal in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Maintain laboratory equipment, workspaces, and inventory in clean and operational condition
Support QA/QC activities and audits as directed by laboratory leadership
Perform risk analysis before assigned tasks to identify and mitigate safety or quality concerns
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives and maintain required safety training
Wear appropriate PPE and comply with all HSE policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Fewer than two years of relevant laboratory or technical experience
Interest in laboratory work and willingness to learn technical skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Preferred
Prior coursework or hands-on experience in a scientific setting (e.g., high school chemistry, technical school, or college lab classes)
Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment or procedures
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills
