Responsibilities
Design and evolve enterprise UEM architecture across Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune
Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance during key initiatives
Define and maintain endpoint standards, reference architectures, and best practices
Partner closely with Security, Identity, and Infrastructure teams
Share ownership of application packaging standards and endpoint configurations
Contribute to operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement
Mentor and collaborate with other senior UEM engineers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of endpoint management / EUC engineering experience in enterprise environments
Deep architectural expertise in Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune (enrollment models, policies, compliance, profiles, app deployment, reporting)
Strong identity experience with Okta (SSO, app integrations, policy-based access)
Cross-platform expertise across Android Enterprise
Enrollment & ownership models
Managed app distribution and policy patterns
Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python
Strong understanding of modern identity and authentication: OIDC, SAML, SCEP/PKI, device identity, certificate-based auth
Proven experience using REST APIs: Workspace ONE, Microsoft Graph / Intune, Okta
Solid grasp of endpoint security concepts: Baselines, encryption, conditional access, certificates, compliance controls
