Responsibilities
Build and maintain accurate demand forecast at sku level using historical sales data, promotional strategy, launch dates and lifecycle information
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market intelligence into monthly sales and margin forecasts
Analyze forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements to forecasting models and processes
Support inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence
Prepare and present forecast reports, assumptions, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
Monitor demand variability and identify risks to supply chain continuity
Maintain demand planning tools, systems, and master data to ensure data accuracy
Recommend process improvements to enhance forecast reliability and operational efficiency
Continuously identify and develop areas for improvement related to monthly forecasting process
Drive sku/style rationalization by recommending reduction/expansion based on analytics
Be a strategic partner in developing position by category with style count guidance
Clearly communicate with key stakeholders accordingly – including (but not limited to) Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles
Experience with ERP or demand planning tools (D365 and Power BI)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
Elevated storytelling and communication capabilities; ability to pivot from numbers into action-oriented insights
Strong influencing skills, including experience collaborating with virtual teams
Detail oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking)
High level of proficiency with Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, & macros
Independently analyze and solve problems of moderate complexity
