They are seeking interns for an 8-week rotational summer internship program that provides exposure to Finance, Credit, and Commercial Banking functions, allowing students to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills.

Responsibilities
Research and analyze current investor presentation materials
Develop recommendations for enhancements to investor decks
Present your findings to the Finance team
Participate in investor calls and observe executive‑level discussions
Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts
Assist with spreads and financial analysis
Observe pre‑flight meetings and learn how credit decisions are evaluated
Contribute to a team‑based project (assignment determined at program start)
Join client calls with both prospects and existing clients
Shadow team members to understand business development and relationship management
Meet with key leaders
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws
Complete all mandatory annual compliance training
Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of undergraduate coursework in a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with financial institution products and services
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
