Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python
Build and optimize NLP models for text classification and clustering
Develop and evaluate LLM-based solutions , including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
Implement evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance and accuracy
Perform data analysis and feature extraction using SQL
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to productionize models
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
Apply best practices for model validation, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Document AI workflows, experiments, and results
Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, and Generative AI technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning
Very strong proficiency in Python
Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Text classification
Clustering
Strong experience in data analysis using SQL
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Prompt engineering
Evaluation frameworks
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Preferred
Experience deploying models to production environments
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques
Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms
Experience working with unstructured data at scale
